Tuning into the protocol…

How Gacha Fund works

Three protocols, one game. Takeover sells the chairs. SlabCash mints the cards. Flaunch lists the token. Gacha Fund wires them into a daily ritual that burns supply and pays the chairs.

01The flywheel

Tax in. One ripping session a day. Supply down.

Hold a chair → pay 5% weekly tax → that USDC stacks into a single pot → once a day at 19:00 UTC, the keeper rips the pot open and a batch of SlabCash cards lands in the vault → chairs buy at a discount → 100% of that USDC is recycled into a permanent GACHA burn. Whatever no chair claims gets dealt back to bulk at the 85% floor — and that USDC rains on every chair.

More yield pulls in more chair demand. More chairs means more tax, more cards, more burn. The wheel keeps turning whether you're looking or not — but at 19:00 UTC it's worth looking.

02Where every dollar lands

No splitter. No skim. No human in the loop.

Three revenue streams, all routed automatically and immutably:

  • Chair tax (USDC). 100% to PullExecutor. The executor is wired directly as the grid's creatorTaxReceiver — no splitter contract, no treasury skim, no admin lever.
  • Card sales (USDC). 100% to a 0xSplits Swapper that converts USDC → ETH and forwards to BuybackBurner, which buys GACHA on the Flaunch v4 pool and ships every token to 0x…dEaD.
  • Flaunch swap fees (ETH + GACHA). 80% streams to chair holders as native ETH via the Flaunch yield adapter. 20% buys & burns GACHA on every swap, locked at token creation.

Sellbacks are the one path that still pays seats in USDC: when a card sits past its grace window unclaimed, the vault dumps it back to SlabCash at the 85% floor and the proceeds rain on every chair, pro-rata.

Every route lives on-chain. None of them have an admin switch.

03The grid

256 chairs at the table.

The grid is a Takeover Harberger market. Every chair sets its own price and pays 5% of that price as tax each week. Lower your price and you pay less — but you also paint a target on your back for the next bidder.

Hold a chair, hold yield. There's no staking, no lock-up, no claim ritual for the ETH side.

04The pull

Once a day. 19:00 UTC. Live in front of the grid.

PullExecutor stacks tax across the week. The keeper watches the clock and fires a single triggerPull at 19:00 UTC (= 7pm London / 3pm New York / noon LA). One transaction; one batch of cards into the vault; no MEV window.

The whole grid shows up for it. /pull has a live countdown, real-time card reveals as they come in, and a seat-gated chat for calling chases. Miss the window? The pot rolls into tomorrow.

05The vault

Chairs buy first.

Every card sits in GachaCardVault for a one-hour grace window. Your discount = clock decay + chair-count boost, capped at the 15% spread above the SlabCash bulk floor.

Hold half the grid? You snipe holos on arrival. Hold one chair? Wait a beat, the price drops to you. Either way, the dollar you spend doesn't go to other chair holders — it goes to the burn.

06The discount

Bigger stack, lower start. Longer wait, lower end.

Two boosts compose linearly. The clock-decay boost ramps from 0% to the full 15% spread across the one-hour grace window. The chair-share boost is your seats / 256 , applied instantly the moment the card lands.

They add. The bigger your stack, the lower the curve starts andthe sooner it bottoms out at the 85% floor. Hold all 256 chairs and you buy at the floor on arrival — but every dollar of the discount you take is a dollar that doesn't buy & burn GACHA.

07The burn

Two streams. One destination.

GACHA launched on Flaunch with the 80/20 split and burn-on-buyback locked at creation. That gives us the first burn stream for free: every swap on the GACHA pool routes the 20% community share into a permanent buyback-and-burn.

The second stream is new: every card you buy out of the vault routes 100% of that USDC through a 0xSplits Swapper into ETH, then through Universal Router into GACHA, then straight to 0x…dEaD. Together they make every drop in the daily pull and every swap on the open market into permanent supply reduction. You can watch both streams live on the home page.
